The MPP's latest list of the "Most Influential Marijuana Users" includes eight Top CelebStoners, but excludes Willie Nelson, Woody Harrelson, Paul McCartney, Seth Rogen and Cameron Diaz, among others.

Many of these choices are highly questionable, such as the marijuana references attached to Gates, Paul, James, Clooney, Turner, Chafee, Angelou, Bieber and Downey Jr., who's sober. Just because someone says someone smoked marijuana doesn't mean they did. In other cases, the references are negative, such as Jolie ("the one that had the worst effect for me was pot"), O'Brien ("it doesn't do much for me") and McFarlane ("I don't much pot anymore"). Winfrey says she last smoked pot in 1982. How does that make her one of 2013's "Most Influential Marijuana Users"?
This list should have been titled "Famous People Who May or May Not Have Smoked Marijuana Sometime in Their Lives." Then it would have been much more accurate.
