When: October 5, from 11:30 am-7 pm; October 6, from 11:30 am-5 pm
Where: Library Mall and State Capitol, Madison, WI
Details: One of the longest running marijuana events in the country, the Harvest Festival starts at Library Mall and ends at the State Capitol building after a march there. Speakers include State Representatives Melissa Sargent, David Crowley and Sheila Stubbs. Bands scheduled to perform include Bongzilla, Natty Nation and Soul Symmetry.
