• Hunter S. Thompson Media Award - Laura Judy (NORML webmaster)
• Peter McWilliams Memorial Award (for medical-marijuana activism) - Lance Lanou (Mid-Missouri NORML)
• Student Activism Award - Cassidy Crockett-Verba (Virginia NORML)
