On Feb. 12, Bill Maher told Conan O'Brien, "I'm gay for marijuana. I'd like to be treated equally under the law. We met in high school and we've been together ever since. Sometimes we forget each others' sentences."
O'Brien: "You want an end to the drug war."
Maher: "It's certainly been over in my house for a long, but certainly on the Mexican border it would be a boon. It would be a great issue for Democrats. I don't think they realize this could be a wedge issue, something that will get a lot of new voters in the booth - probably on the wrong day. But it could be a winning issue for liberals - they've always walked away from it."
