Former child star Amanda Bynes likes to smoke pot in public. She was photographed on Apr. 8 puffing what appears to be a joint as she walked in New York's Times Square. Back in February, paparazzi caught her hitting a pipe in a Los Angeles parking lot.
Bynes' rap sheet includes a DUI in West Hollywood and two hit-and-runs. Her driver's license was suspended in September.
Update: Bynes was busted for marijuana possession in her New York apartment on May 23. She since moved out of The Biltmore. On July 18, Byrnes was kicked out the Ritz-Carlton hotel in New York for allegedly smoking pot in her room and being rude to the staff.
The actress made it big during her years at Nickelodeon, where she hosted The Amanda Show, and has since appeared in such films as Big Fat Liar, Hairspray and Easy A.
