Events for the 4/20 stoner holiday, especially in Colorado, mostly sold out.
Tickets for the first-ever U.S. Cannabis Cup (non-medical) in Denver, sponsored by High Times, went for as much as $1,000 on StubHub (face value: $70). The 4/19 screening of Snoop Lions's movie Reincarnated (he also received a Special Achievement Award from High Times) topped out at $339 on StubHub.
The Slightly Stoopid/Cypress Hill show at Red Rocks, was also a hot ticket ($349).
Tickets were still available for the Method Man/Redman show at Cervantes' Masterpiece. The duo was scheduled to go on just before 4:20.
Denver is also home to the largest outdoor 4/20 rally. Upwards of 50,000 people were expected to converge on Civic Center Park throughout the day.
