Two of the top three women on Maxim's Hot 100 list are Top CelebStoners: Miley Cyrus, who's No. 1, and Rihanna, who's No. 3.
Cyrus, who poses in a one-piece gold bathing suit for the magazine, says "it's every woman's fantasy to be told she's No. 1 on Maxim's Hot 100. It's so crazy!"
Top CelebStoner Cameron Diaz also makes the list at No. 62.
