During her acceptance speech for Best Video ("Wrecking Ball") MTV European Music Awards in Amsterdam on Nov. 9, Miley Cyrus said, "I couldn't fit this award in my bag, but I did find this." She took out a half-smoked joint, lit it and took a hit before leaving the stage.
Cyrus started her blitz of Amsterdam on Friday by visiting the Green House marijuana shop.
