High on nitrous oxide and purportedly crack cocaine, Charlie Sheen attempted to fondle a dental assistant during an office visit on Sept. 25, according to a complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Margarita Palestino, who worked for Dr. George Bogen at 321 N. Larchmont Blvd. in Los Angeles, charges Sheen with attacking her the second time she placed a mask for nitrous inhalation over his nose. The first time he ripped it off and the second, he lunged at Palestino, grabbing her breast and bra strap. When she tried to apply an oral anesthetic, Sheen lost it, allegedly punching Palestino and threatening her with a knife.
TMZ reports that Bogen says no such thing happened, clearly protecting his celebrity client, and quickly fired Palestino for boasting that Sheen was a client.
In his response to the compalint, Sheen predictably chastises Palestino: "Maybe you should have taken the crack you so brazenly and ignorantly accused me of being on, and sold it! Now that you're a jobless washout and a traitor, you're gonna need the extra dough. Lick those food stamps, you desperate troll."
He's charged with assault, battery, sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She claims he was on crack, alcohol and the intravenous prescription opiate Theradol.
Surprisingly, nitrous remains popular among dentists.
