Joining Willie Nelson, Tommy Chong and the Bob Marley estate, Snoop Dogg announced yesterday that his line of marijuana products, known as Leafs by Snoop (LBS), will soon be available in Colorado pot shops.
The line includes eight strains available in flower and concentrated forms. The strains are
Indicas: Bananas, Cali Kush, Northern Lights, Purple Bush
Sativas: Blueberry Dream, Lemon Pie, Tangerine Man
High CDB: 3D CBD
Edibles, under the name Dogg Treats, will include Chocolate Bars (six flavors), Peanut Butter Gems, Gummies, Drops and Fruit Chews.
"From the flower to concentrates and edibles, it's all handpicked by yours truly so you know it's going to be the hottest product out there," Snoop Dogg promises. "It's the real-deal. You gotta get out to Colorado to try it first."
The products will be available at LivWell shops – two each in Denver and Lakewood, and one in Boulder – within the next 30 days. They'll be grown by LivWell under strict supervision from LBS.
In October, two Colorado residents sued LivWell, contending that their products contain unapproved pesticide, Eagle 20.
Nelson has plans to release strains under the Willie's Reserve brand. The Marley Natural line is being developed by Privateer Holdings. Chong already has a strain named after him, Chongstar, that's available at Marisol Therapeutics in Pueblo West, CO. He's planning to have a number of other strains and products available soon.
