Always a huge fan of hemp, Willie Nelson has launched a new line of hemp-infused products starting with WIllie's Remedy Whole Bean Coffee.
"Hemp production in America was stifled for so long, but it could now make all the difference for small independent farmers," Nelson says. "Hemp isn't just good for our farmers and our economy, it's good for our soil, our environment and our health."
The coffee blend is sourced from three different Colombian beans and infused with full-spectrum hemp oil from Colorado. Each eight-ounce cup contains seven mg of hemp CBD.
"We first organized Farm Aid in 1985 to call attention to the loss of family farms and raise funds to keep farm families on their land," Mr. Nelson adds. "I've worked with these communities for decades. When it comes to creating sustainable jobs for American farmers and manufacturers, hemp is the answer."
Nelson and his wife Annie (above) founded Willie's Reserve, a line of cannabis products available in legal states, in 2015. But Willie's Remedy is different, Annie explains: "It's not about getting high, but it's still all about Willie and the benefits we believe cannabis has to offer. Willie and I are proud to offer quality, American-sourced hemp wellness options for people of his generation, our kids' generation and everyone in between."
