Travis Scott has joined fellow hip-hop stars Snoop Dogg, Jay-Z, B-Real, Method Man, Berner, Wiz Khalifa and Ice Cube with his own cannabis strain, Cactus Farms, cultivated by Connected Cannabis in California.

According to a post at Instagram, the strain was "hand-selected by Travis himself. The indica-leaning hybrid debut strain features a dense, purple bud that releases a pungent, funky-sweet gas aroma rounded out by a unique berry twist."

Select shops in California and Ariziona started selling Cactus Farms flower on 7/10.

Connected Cannabis is known for high-end flower like Nightshade and Slow Lane. The company acquired Alien Labs in 2017.

Scott, who's from Houston, received a 2021 Grammy nomination for his No. 1 hit, "Highest in the Room."

The chorus goes:

Case it's fumes
She fill my mind up with ideas (straight up)
I'm the highest in the room (I'm the highest, it's lit)
Hope I make it outta here

All three of Scott's albums have been in the Top 5. The last one, Astroworld, in 2018 was on Scott's label Cactus Jack, hence the strain name. His fourth album, Utopia, is due out this year.
