From Pantera to Pinteras: Dimebag Darrell's Cannabis from Hell

Dimebag Darrell’s Cannabis from Hell logo and the guitarist in the ’90s

One of the stoniest bands of the '90s, Pantera famously rocked a green potleaf t-shirt. Their guitarist took the moniker Dimebag Darrell.

Now, some three decades later, Dimebag Darrell's Cannabis from Hell has hit the California market in Sacramento and Palm Springs.

The debut product is cleverly dubbed Pinteras. Ten pinner-style joints containing 3.5 grams of Revolution (Is My Strain) – a cross of Ghost OG x Purple Punch –are tucked inside a box. Why pinners? They were Dimebag's favorites. Pinteras are currently available at Cookies Sacramento, Lemonnade Sacramento, Lemonnade South Sacramento and Four Twenty Bank - Palm Springs.

Higher Vibe Solutions and Slimmies are teaming up to create the Cannabis from Hell product line with support from Dimebag's widow Rita Haney. She'd been approached before about a brand in honor of her late husband, but "never found the right partner to make it happen" until now.

Dimebag (nee Darrell Abbott) was murdered onstage in 2004 by a deranged fan while performing with his solo band Damageplan.
