Rapper Lil Twist was stopped for speeding early Thursday morning in Los Angeles. Police charged him with driving under the influence of marijuana.
Twist (nee Christopher Moore) was behind the wheel of Justin Bieber's $100,000 Fisker Karma electric car. After he ran a light near the singer's home in Calabasas at 3:30 am, police pulled him over. They smelled marijuana and found a blunt in the car. He was arrested, jailed and released eight hours later
Calabasas is actually in the Valley, due West of Woodland Hills.
Twist's debut album, Bad Decisions, is due out this summer.
