One of Justin Bieber's tour buses was pulled over at the U.S.-Canadian border in Windsor on July 28. Marijuana and paraphernalia were located and the driver was cited, but Bieber was nowhere to be found.
The Canadian pop star performed that night in Detroit.
Swedish police raided Bieber's bus while he played a show in Stockholm in April. No one was arrested.
