Heavyweight rapper Rick Ross was nabbed for marijuana possession in Georgia on June 10. It's his fourth pot arrest since 2008.
Fayette Country troopers pulled over Ross' Bentley on GA-279 for an alleged window tint violation. After they smelled marijuana, a search of the vehicle yielded five joints. He was charged with misdemeanor possession of one ounce or less (punishable by a maximum year in jail and $1,000 fine) and released on bail.
Ross (nee William Roberts II) lives in the Peachtree City area, which is 30 miles southwest of Atlanta.
Here's Ross' rap sheet:
• 2008: Marijuana and gun possession in Miami, FL
• 2011: Marijuana possession in Shreveport, LA
• 2013: Marijuana possession in Greenboro, NC
• 2014: Arrested again in Greensboro for failing to appear in court on 2013 charge
