"With the rise in popularity of dabs, high-THC concentrates and oils, July 10th has grown in popularity as our new, secondary stoner holiday," High Times reports.
While the holiday will mostly take place in dab-centric states like Colorado and California, all you need to celebrate is some sticky concentrated cannabis and a smoking rig.
