Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs is halfway between New York City and Montreal.

New York is the stoniest state to attend college, according to The Princeton Review. Five of the state's schools made their so-called "Reefer Madness" list, led by Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs.

The Princeton Review makes its determination based on interviews with students. For this category, the question is: "How widely is marijuana used at your school?"
