The latest sticky wicket in Colorado is six sheriffs who are suing to overturn the state's marijuana legalization law passed by voters in 2012. In a debate on 9News' "Balance of Power" segment, hosted by Brandon Rittiman in Denver, MPP's Mason Tvert told Larimer County Sheriff Justin Smith, "Follow our laws! Smith and his cohorts contend that Colorado's law is counter to federal law.
