9. DEA Chief Michele Leonhart Ousted
It took the White House long enough, but finally in April they sent DEA Administrator Michele Leonhart packing. DEA agents partying with prostitutes in Colombia was the final straw. Leonhart had opposed Pres. Obama's efforts to rein in the drug war at every turn. She was replaced by FBI bureaucrat Chuck Rosenberg, who in November, following Leonhart's lead, said medical marijuana was "a joke," which prompted calls for his termination by patients' rights supporters.
