Legalize it/ Don't criticize it.
The lead track on Tosh's debut solo album after leaving the Wailers, Legalize It, says it all. More than 40 years later Tosh's wish is starting to happen in U.S. states and countries around the world (even Jamaica decriminalized it). "Doctors smoke it," the Rasta sings.
