What: The sixth and final season of this family drama set in Berkeley, where the Braverman elders have sold their house and moved into a smaller Victorian. Zeke (Craig T. Nelson) reluctantly agrees to heart surgery. Adam (Peter Krause) and Kristina (Monica Potter) start a charter school for chlildren like one of theirs, Max (Max Burkholder), who has Asperger's. Julia (Erika Christensen) and Joel's (Sam Jaeger) impending divorce takes its toll on their daughter, Sydney (Savannah Paige Rae). Pot head Amber (Mae Whitman) is pregnant and her mom Sarah (Lauren Graham) has moved in with Hank (Ray Romano), whose sarcastic daughter has returned from Minneapolis with her mom (Breaking Bad's Betsy Brandt), putting pressure on their relationship. Crosby (Dax Shepard) and Adam are having problems with their recording studio business. In Episode 8, Crosby has a joint confiscated by security outside a club.
