After 19 shows online, the popular web series High Maintenance is going to premium cable. The stony show about millennial New Yorkers who buy marijuana from the same delivery service messenger has been scooped up by HBO.
Created by Katja Blichfeld and Ben Sinclair (he plays the delivery dude), High Maintenance debuted in 2013. In addition to six new episodes, the original 19 will be added to HBO's programming lineup.
Episodes are currently avaialable at Vimeo for $1.99 each.
