13. Let's Be Cops
Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans Jr. decide to dress up as cops on Halloween. When people take them seriously, they continue the lark in Luke Greenfield's comedy. In one scene, they catch a bunch of stoners getting high on the sidewalk. Straight out of a Cheech & Choing movie, Johnson grabs the joint and takes a hit. "That's rippin'," he exhales.
