20. Drug Lord: The Legend of Shorty
The capture of Mexican drug cartel legend "El Chapo" Guzman was big news in February. Prior to his takedown, two documentary filmmakers - Angus Macqueen and Guillermo Galdos - were hot on his trail. They track him to a mountaintop hideout in Sinaloa, but he never appears, playing cat and mouse. But the picture they paint is hideous - of mass killings, prison mismanagement and gross insensitivity to the needs of his people. El Chapo makes Colombia's Pablo Escobar look like Santa Claus in camo.
