On the Aug. 20 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, Lily Tomlim spent most of her time dispensing medical marijuana to the show's band members from her dressing room.
Tomlin - who stars in Grandma, which opened in select theaters Aug. 21 - is seen behind a counter of a glass display case playing budtender. On top are 10 jars filled with what looks like marijuana. The band (Cleo & the Cletones) wait in line to be served.
Kimmel: What are you doing?
Tomlin: Selling weed.
Kimmel: I don't think you can do that here.
Tomlin: It's medicinal! It helps people deal with their issues.
Kimmel: I guess so, but I don't want you getting my band stoned during the show.
Tomlin: Well, they're already stoned. And I got half your cameramen stoned too. They're doing great.
Kimmel: Do me a favor and save that for after the show, please?
Tomlin (to the band): I'm getting closed down by "The Man."
Tomlin and the band: Jimmy sucks! Jimmy sucks! Jimmy sucks!
